Terms & Conditions
Operating hours are from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Orders must be placed at least one hour before the desired delivery time.
The order must be received by an adult, and a valid ID must be presented upon delivery.
The user agrees to enable the company to collect the hookah and all accessories in good and complete condition within 24 hours of delivery. The customer must place the hookah and all accessories inside the delivery box in a specific, safe location accessible to the company. If the hookah cannot be collected within 24 hours due to customer error/negligence, it is considered lost, and the full value will be charged.
A flat delivery fee of $8.00 is applied to all orders.
In case of loss, breakage, or damage to the hookah, the company reserves the right to charge $150 from the provided card as compensation.
